MESSAGE FROM BB FOUNDATION PRESIDENT
Greetings Bugle Boy Supporters,

I'm very pleased to report that since the Bugle Boy Foundation began fundraising in December, we've already raised over $35,000 as of January 3, '09. THANK YOU to all who have expressed your support for
the Bugle Boy and the great work that it does, and for your confidence in the goals that the Bugle Boy Foundation has set. With your help, we'll be able to ensure that The Bugle Boy continues to present the fine music that we've come to expect every weekend, and much more.

On the horizon for early 2009: Kevin Welch kicked off the new year in style on January 2. Terri Hendrix and her long-time sideman, Texas guitar legend Lloyd Maines are back on Friday, January 16. The next
evening, Saturday, January 17, The Bugle Boy celebrates its fourth anniversary with Doug Fesler and Matt Harlan. The popular Showcase Sunday series for aspiring professionals begins again on January 18
at 1:30 PM, so come out and hear some great new talent. On Sunday, February 1st Eliza Gilkyson is here for her annual show. Get your tickets now for Sunday, February 15 when we'll be hosting our first
benefit show for the Bugle Boy Foundation, featuring Americana Music hero, famous Canadian singer/songrwriter Fred Eaglesmith and his band. A special feature will be the auction of a beautiful guitar,
autographed by numerous great artists who've played The Bugle Boy over the past year. The live auction will be during the break, and this unique instrument will go home with the lucky highest bidder. All proceeds from the auction will go to the Gardenia E. Janssen
Animal Shelter serving Fayette County.

Mission Statement
The mission of the Bugle Boy Foundation is to provide a world-class venue for Fayette County, Texas residents and visitors to experience and enjoy professional local, regional, national, and international touring artists in a listening room environment, by providing the space, promotion, and presentation of artists and their music. Concerts and artists will represent an eclectic mix of many diverse musical tastes, styles, and genres. We strongly believe in the importance of music education and in the art, voice, and song of independent performing artists, and that these must be shared with the community in live concert.

It is easy for you to attend a concert as an EZ Pass holder, just email or phone us to reserve your seats prior to a show selling out.

EZ PASS entitles holder to one admission per show, and is valid for all regularly scheduled Friday & Saturday concerts, Sunday showcases, and occasional shows held on Thursdays and Sundays (as many as 120 shows per year). Fundraisers, special premium concerts, private concerts, and certain other special events are not covered by the EZ PASS or EZ PASS PLUS.

EZ PASS holders should always read the "Heads Up" notification in ALL weekly emails. This is where announcements will be made to reserve your seats early for shows expected to sell out. These notices may be given as much as 2 months in advance.

EZ PASS holders are invited to all pre-concert receptions. (These are special events usually held monthly).

EZ PASS holders must present their EZ PASS at check in.

All discounted EZ PASSES must be purchased at time of sponsorship donation.

NOTE: EZ PASS PLUS is great for a family or business. Any one family member or friend can attend on the pass. It's also a great way for a business to reward special clients or guests (like B&B's), with a fantastic evening of live music. Just be sure to call or email ahead so that we know who will be using your pass.

Certain other restrictions may apply to the EZ PASS or EZ PASS PLUS. Purchase of an EZ PASS is not a tax-deductible donation.
